拂䁱時分 挑燈夜戰

美南環球第一金融中心大樓自去年十二月八日破土以來，將近二百八十個日子之日夜趕工，整個主體工程已經完工。

今天清晨四時,數十輛水泥車在拂䁱时分，魚貫進入工地現塲，為頂層及三層樓灌入水泥，在強烈燈光之照亮下十多位工人一起拓平灌入之水泥,動作敏捷,將近四個小時才抚平整𠆤樓層,工人身上已經滿身大汗淋漓，我也在場感謝他們之辛勞。

東邊之陽光已經升起,他們早已完工在洗滌地上之泥漿,並收拾起輸送水泥銅管,這項極具挑戰性之辛苦工作總算完工。

大樓主體工程完工之後,我們即將進行地下水道、電路、水管及冷氣工程，預計年底前全部完成，爭取在一年三百六十五個日子中峻工，這比一般建築之進展超出甚多。

這項工程象徵著一個令人震撼之重要建築指標，今天它所代表的是國際社區經濟之繁榮進入新階段，预期對資助中小企業之貸款產生重大之影響。

這座金融中心大樓開幕時,我們將有法律、貨款、會計、保險、總事館、教育文化、醫務各行業之精英駐進，他們的專業服務將為社區提供服務。

有夢最美,而築夢更難,過去一年的日子,我和工人們在東方未白之前就抵達現場,我提醒同仁為他們送上甜圈或皮薩慰勞他們之辛苦。

今天我們在這塊土地上努力地實現自己的夢想，這是我們集體之力量,代表了移民堅韧不拔之毅力。

今天站在大樓前感到無比之興奮和感動,數十年來所經歷之難艱困苦終能拼搏致勝。

Our Dream Is Coming True

Since ground was broken for our Southern International Financial Center on December 8, 2023 of last year, it has been under construction for nearly 280 days. The main building structure has now been completed.

At four o‘clock this morning, dozens of cement trucks entered the construction site at dawn and poured cement onto the top and third floors. Under the very strong lights, more than one dozen workers flattened the cement that had been poured into place all together. It took more than four hours to level the floor. The workers were already sweating profusely and I thanked them for their hard work.

The sun in the east has risen and they have already finished washing the mud on the ground and have packed up the copper pipes for transporting the cement. This extremely challenging and hard work has finally been completed.

Today this building represents the prosperity of our district. Many professionals from the legal, education, cultural, medicine and accounting fields will be key parts of the financial center.

Dreaming is a most beautiful thing, but it is even more difficult to build and realize 

a dream. Standing in front of this tall building I feel extremely exited and moved with the realization that our dream is finally coming true.
