國際區商業鼎盛

昨天我們再為百利大道上國際區新開張的太陽節能公司舉辦開張儀式，這是我多年來最願意做的事，每次都帶著興奮的心情去參加。

這家總部设立在加州之太陽能節能公司已經創建了十多年，他們決定在德州設立分公司為家庭及商業界服務。

我在開幕剪綵儀式上代表休斯敦市政府第一機構及國際區，歡迎他們進駐國際區百利大道為繁榮地區經濟共同努力。這位年輕的業主洪女士是來自越南難民,經過多年之奮鬥已經在同業間打下一片天地，也是移民對國家之貢獻。

節能減碳是政府即定政策,並對太陽能等之節能設備有減免稅收之優惠,這也是一般家庭住宅和商業機構可以利用之方法。

我們非常高興國際區不斷有新的商家遷入,我們也會盡力配合他們開拓市場，也嘉惠社區之各界人士。

Business Is Booming In Houston's International District

Yesterday we held a ribbon cutting Grand Opening ceremony for the newly opened EcoSolar USA office in Houston's International District. This is the most rewarding part of what I am honored to 

do over the past several years and I am very excited to participate every time.

EcoSolar USA is headquartered in California and has been established for many years. They have now opened the new branch office in Houston to serve both residential and business customers.

At the grand opening, on behalf of HoustonFirst and the International District, I welcomed them to join our District and be a part the prosperous regional economy. The young owner, Ky Anh 

Hoang, came here from Vietnam. After many years of hard work, she is very successful in the business, which also serves as an outstanding model for our community.

Energy conservation and carbon reduction is an urgent policy for the government.

Many people can use solar energy and save on taxes and reduce their energy bills in the future.

We are very grateful that new businesses are continuing to move into our region. 

We will also try our very best to help them to be a succesful part of our community.
