联合国大会在纽约召开

為了维护世界和平而在战后成立的联合国总部,近七十多年来这𠆤世界组织之毁誉参半，今天在纽约总部正式开啟第七十九届大会。

美国总统拜登今天上午在联合国发表他在任最后一次演说,他表示成為总统是他毕生之荣耀。

将近一百四十个国家元首出席了大会开幕式，除了表达本国关心事项之外,多半集中在中东以色列及俄乌战事。就在上週联合国安理会压倒性通过要求以色列在十二𠆤月内撤离巴勒斯坦地区、以色列及巴勒斯坦领袖也将在会上发表演说。

将近二百𠆤联合国会员中,彼此意见分歧，在解决世界各地之战争方面， 安理会都使不上力，在其属下之世界衞生组织在疫情时发挥了极大作用。

今天世界势力已经发生极大变化,中美关係之恶化充分表现在联合国会员大会上，世界纠纷要靠联合国来解决是非常困难之事。但是我们仍然需要这个世界组织,它至少是个政治舞臺,让世界领袖有表演之机会。

The United Nations headquarters, which was established after WWII, tries to maintain peace for the world. Today, the 79th General Assembly opened in New York.

President Biden made his last speech this morning and said that becoming President of the United States was the glory of his life.

More than 140 heads of state attended the meeting. In the run-up to the annual gathering, UN members voted overwhelmingly last week to demand that Israel end its occupation of Palestinian territories within 12 months.

Today, there have been great changes in the world, and the deterioration of the Sino-U.S. relationship is fully reflected in the United Nations' actions.

But we still need the world organization to provide a stage for all the leaders.
