The legendary story of our American community bank is truly inspiring. A group of highly accomplished mainstream Asian-American business leaders from various industries in Texas followed in the footsteps of the 109-year-old legacy of Texas Chappel Hill Bank. Under the framework of Global One Bank Holdings, we founded Global One Bank two years ago. Within this short period of time, we have increased the bank’s total assets to nearly $200 million and it has become a profitable bank since May of this year.

The new capital increase plan is even more exciting. We hope to continue  establishing branches across major 

cities in the United States and provide comprehensive financial services to many of our communities.
